1. Can I change/cancel my order once it's placed?

We process orders as quickly as we can but cannot guarantee any cancelations or changes once you've placed an order

2. When does my order ship out?

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Please allow up to 72 hours after order confirmation. Check out Refunds & Returns for more information

3. How can I exchange or return my order?

Our returns process is simple. Please check out the Returns Portal and enter your order number followed by email

4. Do I have to pay customs taxes or duty charges for international orders?

International orders may incur customs taxes and duties; paid for by the customer. VIVALAALPHA does not control or impose any import taxes, customs, or duties. If there is a refusal to pay import taxes, customs, or duties your order will be returned to VIVALAALPHA and refunded the order amount, excluding the original shipping cost. Please contact your country's local customs office for more information to find out if customs taxes or duties apply to you

5. What can I do if I've received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product?

Please contact us support@vivalaalpha.com as soon as possible with your order number and let us know where we went wrong and we'll do our best to rectify the situation

6. How do I know if my order was well-received?

You will receive a notification upon checkout that your order was received along with an order confirmation number after the completion of your order. In addition, you'll receive an invoice, with order details in a confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam mail if you have not received an order confirmation in your primary inbox. In the event that you have not received a confirmation email at all, please contact us support@vivalaalpha.com and we will be more than willing to assist you

7. If my order does not arrive and is considered missing, what should I do?

Unfortunately, mishaps do occur, and if your order goes missing please make sure that you have checked with your local post office regarding delivery time and that it has been at least 3 business days past your expected delivery date before contacting us. A thorough investigation of the lost or missing order will be conducted and may take up to 10 business days to complete the investigation. Once the order has been deemed lost indefinitely we will either refund or replace your order. We will do everything we can to help in recovering your order so please do not worry

8. What if the item or size of the item is out of stock?

We may sell out quickly due to demand but our products are restocked regularly. If you have signed up for our email list we'll send you a notification that certain items have been restocked
